Processing.
This is average, which can increase as we move closer to the holidays. Our products are processed in the 1 - 6 business day range.
Delivery.
Worldwide shipping is an additional 4 - 9 business days.
Lost package: If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement.
Countries which we do not ship: Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belize, Benin, Bolivia, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Cambodia, Colombia, Egypt, Georgia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, the Islamic Republic Of, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Sudan, Syria, Turkey.
Custom Duties and Import VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Lofeno does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
Who pays for customs fees?
Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the destination country's taxes, duties, and fees.
Lofeno cannot predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Lofeno does not expect to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
Order cancellation
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed.
If you cancel your order BEFORE the product is sent, the cancellation will be possible.
After the order is sent, cancellation of the order is not possible.
Please note that notifications regarding shipped products may be delayed due to the high volume of orders.
If a customer has received a defective product:
If something slips past quality control, we will quickly address the problem as soon as it is brought to our attention. The customer needs to provide us with a picture or video of the product in question and the name (number) on the order and email it to info@lofeno.com
To receive a refund, the customer needs to send it back to our main office’s address. We do not pay for shipping or handling of returns.
Product issue:
If it is an issue with the wrong product or the wrong size, just send us a picture for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement.
If there is an issue where the customer just doesn't like the product we do not make replacements or refunds.
